Stephen Weber is responsible for directing the firm's sales and relationship management functions. As a member of the management committee, Mr. Weber also participates in a decision-making capacity which helps guide the strategic initiatives of the firm.

Prior to joining Driehaus Capital Management in 2006 he was vice president, global consultant relations at BlackRock, Inc. From 1999 to 2005, he worked at Columbia Management (formerly Stein Roe & Farnham), where he was senior vice president, national director of consultant relations. He started his career in institutional sales and marketing with Wells Capital Management. Mr. Weber received his B.S. in finance and international studies from Indiana University in 1992. Mr. Weber is a CFA charterholder.

Will Hickey is responsible for marketing and selling the firm's institutional separate accounts, commingled funds, and mutual funds. He has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Driehaus Capital Management in 2007 Mr. Hickey worked in the institutional marketing group for Columbia Management Advisors and left that firm in 2007 with the title of vice president, institutional consultant relations. Mr. Hickey received his B.S. in business from the University of Connecticut in 1999. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the Stamford CFA Society.

Jason Pomatto joined Driehaus Capital Management in 1997. He is responsible for marketing and selling the firm’s institutional separate accounts, commingled funds, and mutual funds. He has over 23 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Driehaus, Mr. Pomatto held positions of increasing responsibility at Performance Analytics, Inc., including marketing director and client services representative from 1994 to 1997. He began his career as a registered representative at the brokerage firm of Olde Stockbrokers. Mr. Pomatto received his B.S. in finance from Northern Illinois University in 1993 then completed his MBA in 2001 from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Tom Seftenberg is responsible for coordinating the relationship management and marketing efforts of the firm. As a member of the management committee, Mr. Seftenberg also participates in a decision-making capacity which helps guide the strategic initiatives of the firm. He has over 23 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Driehaus Capital Management in 1999 he worked briefly with Heller Finance, Inc. as a leveraged finance associate in the corporate finance group. From 1998 to 1999, he was an investment banking associate for the structured finance group at Nomura Securities International, Inc. He began his career with The Northern Trust Company in 1992. At the time of his departure in 1998 he was a relationship manager and bank officer in the private banking group. Mr. Seftenberg received his B.A. in political science from Wittenberg University in 1991 and completed his MBA in finance and marketing from the University of Chicago in 1998.

Bradley Dawson is responsible for the development and execution of Driehaus Capital Management's marketing, firm branding, product development efforts and media relations. Additionally, he and his team work with senior leadership and portfolio managers to develop and implement strategy-specific marketing and communication strategies.

Prior to joining Driehaus Capital Management in 2012, he worked at Calamos Investments as the vice president and director of institutional marketing. From 2003 to 2008, he was a director of marketing and communications at UBS Global Asset Management. He has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, including 15 years of institutional asset management marketing.

Mr. Dawson received his B.S. in communications from Northern Illinois University in 1992 and completed his MBA in finance and marketing from Northwestern University in 2008.



Carrie O’Donnell

Product Development Manager

Carrie O’Donnell is a product development manager for the firm. She is responsible for various sales and marketing functions that enhance the firm’s opportunities by analyzing investment strategies and responding to requests for proposals. Additional responsibilities include relaying performance metrics and attribution analysis.

Before joining Driehaus Capital Management in 2015, Ms. O’Donnell worked as a second vice president, alternative investment analyst for the Northern Trust Company. Prior to that role, she held positions of increasing responsibility at Balter Capital Management, LLC, leaving with the title of senior operations analyst. She has also worked as an analyst for the Northern Trust Company in a previous tenure with the firm and as a communications/research assistant with the US Dairy Export Council.

Ms. O’Donnell received a B.A. in international business from the College of Charleston.
